International Shakeout Day
Every year on the third Thursday of October (October 15 in 2026), millions of people stop what they are doing, drop to the ground, and practice saving their own lives. That is International ShakeOut Day: the world's largest earthquake drill, and a reminder that preparedness is something you practice, not something you postpone.
