Many communities mark the day with wetland clean-ups and restoration plantings. Join one, or organize your own with friends: every bag of litter removed is habitat restored.
Meet Your Local Ramsar Site
Look up which wetlands in your country are designated Ramsar sites of international importance, and learn what makes yours special. Then share one fact about it with someone who has never heard of it.
