National Tie One on Day
Every year on November 25, put the give back in Thanksgiving. National Tie One on Day arrives on Thanksgiving Eve with a simple, beautiful mission: wrap a loaf of bread in an apron, tuck a note of encouragement in the pocket, and hand it to someone in need.

3 ways to celebrate
Wrap Bread in an Apron
Bake a loaf, or pick one up at the store if time is short, and wrap it in an apron with a note of encouragement tucked in the pocket. Deliver it to a neighbor, friend, or shelter guest who could use a little extra warmth on Thanksgiving Eve.
Bake Something With Love
Tie on your own apron and bake a double batch: one loaf to keep, one to give. Let the kids help decorate the note, and make the giving as much of a family tradition as the meal itself.
Host an Apron Gathering
Invite friends to bring a baked good and an apron, then wrap bundles together over cocoa or cider. Drop the finished bundles at a local food pantry, church, or shelter before the holiday.
