National Chicken Lady Day, celebrated on November 4, honors Dr. Marthenia "Tina" Dupree, known in her community as "The Chicken Lady." She spent 12 years as Director of Community Relations and Training at the second-largest chicken restaurant in the world. Over more than two decades, she helped teach, train and certify hundreds of professional speakers, authors, and trainers.
