World Pisco Sour Day
Every year on the first Saturday in February, Peru raises a frothy glass to its most famous cocktail. In 2027 that Saturday is February 6, and from Lima to London, bartenders will be shaking up pisco sours crowned with silk-white foam and a whisper of bitters.
