3 ways to celebrate

AT HOME

Learn the signs, share them kindly

Learn the warning signs together as a household, from leg swelling to shortness of breath, and agree that any worrying symptom means calling a healthcare professional promptly.

WITH FRIENDS

Move against thrombosis

Gather friends for a walk or stretch session and share one fact about blood clot awareness with each person there.

AT WORK OR SCHOOL

Bring awareness to work or school

Invite a health professional to give a short talk on thrombosis risk factors and prevention, or share vetted ISTH campaign facts in a common area.
