Get to Know Your Customers Day
Four times a year, on the third Thursday of each quarter, the customer finally gets the whole spotlight. Get to Know Your Customers Day asks businesses of every size to pause the routine, pick up the phone, and have a real conversation with the people who keep the lights on. This quarter's edition falls on Thursday, January 21, 2027, and it will return in April, July, and October.

3 ways to celebrate
Call Five Customers
Pick up the phone and call five customers with no agenda other than gratitude. Thank them for their business, ask what you could do better, and really listen to the answer. You will learn more in those calls than in a month of analytics reports.
Send a Personal Thank-You
Write a short, personal message to a handful of customers telling them specifically what you appreciate about working with them. Name the detail, the project, the loyalty, and watch how a two-minute note strengthens a relationship for months.
Host a Customer Coffee
Invite a few customers for coffee or lunch and spend the time learning about their goals, not pitching yours. Ask about their short-term plans and their biggest challenges, and leave with at least one idea for serving them better next quarter.
Plan ahead
Get to Know Your Customers Day moves each year (Third Thursday of Each Quarter). This year it is Thursday, January 15, 2026. Check back for future years.
