INTERNATIONAL DAYAWARENESS

International Epilepsy Day

Every year on the second Monday of February, millions of people step out of the shadows, together. International Epilepsy Day is a joint initiative of the International Bureau for Epilepsy and the International League Against Epilepsy, launched in 2015 and endorsed by the World Health Organization. Every year on the second Monday of February, the world turns its attention to one of the most common neurological conditions on earth and to the stigma that still surrounds it. In 2027 it falls on February 8.
